The Gift Planning Council of New Jersey is solely responsible for the maintenance of this web site. How the Gift Planning Council of New Jersey (GPCNJ) Uses Information You Provide
The council’s web site does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information to the GPCNJ. The GPCNJ does not send unsolicited e-mail messages to anyone whose e-mail address is not already part of our records. All visitors to the GPCNJ site are encouraged to use antivirus and anti-malware software and to make sure their software is up to date.

Third Party Business Transactions

If you chose to make a donation or register for an event through the GPCNJ site, we forward your information to a third party for credit card processing and fulfillment. On occasion the GPCNJ may forward to you information about other organizations or their events when those events are deemed noteworthy or educational. But whenever the GPCNJ does so, it does not share any personally identifiable information or e-mail address with the originating organization.

Your Privacy Matters

Except for purposes noted above, the GPCNJ does not provide, sell, lease, or in any manner share your personally identifiable information with other parties unless stated at the time the information is collected. If you have any questions or concerns regarding what the GPCNJ does with your information, please e-mail either meighanm@georgian.edu or kenneth.cole@atlantichealth.org for answers and wait for our response before you decide to submit any information. The GPCNJ does collect aggregate, non-personal, and non-identifiable information about the number of visitors to the GPCNJ site, strictly for statistical purposes.

Registration and Opt Out

Users do not have to register to visit or use the GPCNJ’s site. When offered the opportunity users may register with the GPCNJ to receive updated news and event information via e-mail or regular mail. Users who have elected to register with the GPCNJ’s site may opt out of the GPCNJ’s community at any time. The information that a user provides during registration is used only to send e-mail, online group mailings, or mail to the user about information the user has indicated an interest in receiving. If you wish your name and personal information to be removed from our list, please contact the GPCNJ at either meighanm@georgian.edu or kenneth.cole@atlantichealth.org.

Cookies

The GPCNJ does not currently utilize cookies. Should the GPCNJ ever decide to implement cookies, it will note so via e-mail to registered users and in an updated and amended version of this Privacy Policy.

Children

The parts of this web site that permits information about a person (name, address, e-mail address, etc.) are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please ask your parents to help you in using those parts of this site, and ask your parents for permission before you send any information about yourself (name, address, etc.) to the GPCNJ or anyone else over the Internet and before making any online purchases.

Parents

The GPCNJ encourages you to be involved with your children's online usage and to be aware of the activities in which they are participating. Any personally identifiable information collected by the GPCNJ from children under 13 years of age (when we learn the children are under 13 years of age) will be used only to fulfill one-time requests for information or materials. You should discourage your child from leaving personally identifiable information on our and other sites. We offer refunds for reservations paid electronically by credit card over our secure payment gateway if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
